The Senior design engineer / Assistant Manager will be responsible to lead the solutions design - Panels/Cabinets selection, Schematic & proposal – design & drawings, bill of materials finalization, execution support.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To understand customer circuits/requirements and prepare assembly / Cabinet assembly drawings which is include solenoid valves, fittings, flanges, Electrical wirings. Preparing Bill of material, to design and detailing of fabrication parts, etc., Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards. Maintain libraries for fittings, panels, and accessories, etc., Prefer to use existing parts and manage/reduce the new parts creation. Building relationship across team to gain information/knowledge. Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solving effectively with Cross function team. Ensure that the proposal drawing follows customer requirements, and all assumptions are clearly spelt out and Risks and contingencies are accurately evaluated and documented. Timely submission of the proposal drawing for approval process. Takes ownership and ensure completion of each project and maintain the records properly. Observe safe and professional work practices of the team as compliance requirement of company. Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved. Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team. Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration. Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve. Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience. Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives. Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Project development and leadership skill are preferred. Up to date understanding of best practices regarding Systems & Solutions Minimum 7 - 10 years of proven experience in Design engineering / Solutions design Expertise in PRO-E/Creo & Auto cad software Knowledge on Product data management (Windchill) is added advantage. Knowledge on mechanical components (Fittings, tubes, pipes, flanges) usage, availability in market and assembly feasibility. Good written and verbal communication skills, fast learner, and team player Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor's degree or any equivalent in Mechanical engineering Problem solving skills.
