What You'll Do
As the first dedicated Data Engineer on the team, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's data and machine learning infrastructure. Reporting to the head of the team, you'll:
* Build and Maintain the Data & ML Platform: Design scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions to power analytics and machine learning.
* Set and Manage Data Quality Standards: Ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
* Develop Data Pipelines: Build pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data for use across various teams and projects.
* Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making: Empower the organization with insights by making data accessible and actionable.

* Technical Mastery: Strong experience with GCP and Python, combined with senior-level software engineering expertise (3+ years).
* Independence & Ownership: You're a self-starter who takes pride in your work, understands its business impact, and knows when to involve others for input or collaboration.
