The Senior Data Architect is responsible ensuring that all Accruent products are built based on the best practices, will achieve desired results when delivered, and can be delivered on time. The Senior Data Architect validates new technologies and determines how they can be leveraged within our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Data Architecture Design: Develop scalable and efficient data architecture solutions using modern platforms like cloud-based systems and big data technologies. Data Integration: Oversee the integration of data from multiple sources into unified systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility. Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance with regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align data architecture with organizational goals. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend cutting-edge tools and technologies to optimize data storage, processing, and analytics. Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of data systems and processes to meet business needs. Advanced Analytics Enablement: Create architectures that support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning workflows with real-time and batch processing capabilities. Team Building: mentor teams to foster continuous innovation.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Architecture, or related field preferred. 10 years of experience in data engineering and data architecture. 5 years of experience designing and implementing Snowflake. Experience with modern data tools such as Airbyte, Fivetran, Apace NiFi, and DBT. Competence in modern visualization tools like Sigma. Hands on experience with at least two of the major RDBMS platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience implementing AI/ML solutions leveraging batch and real-time data integrations. Solid knowledge of DevOps best practices. Strong grasp of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict management skills. Project and task oriented with a focus on details. Relevant certifications in Data Architecture, AI, and Analytics a plus.Fortive Corporation Overview

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 126,700.00 - 235,300.00
