Who is a Senior Customer Service Representative (Senior Motivator)?

As the face of GoodLife Fitness, a Senior Motivator delivers high quality experiences and is considered the information source for all members and prospective members.
 
Do you have what it takes?Passion for fitnessStrong communication and customer service skillsPeak attitudeMulti-tasking guruStrong planning and organization skillsHigh School diploma, or working on completionCPR certification required within 3 months of employmentMust be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility 
What will you be doing?Motivate and encourage the members to meet their fitness goalsGreet and welcome members in a warm and friendly manner. Member needs met courteously and promptlyHandle member questions and concerns with courteous and professionalismBook appointments to accommodate members needsHave knowledge and ability to sell and answer questions regarding memberships and other servicesAdhere to and promote monthly marketingManage club supply inventory and place ordersTrack equipment maintenace and repair logsRun club errands and conduct bank runsPlan and organize club events
