Duties and Responsibilities: Managing the credit control function for a small book of customers in the retail sector Manage and coach a small team Handling customer accounts and reconciliations Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures Assist auditors with internal and external audits requests Monitoring and collecting outstanding debts Setting up payment arrangements Process month end timely before cut off date Resolving billing and customer credit issues Travel to retail and commercial sites Valid Drivers licence and own reliable transport Qualifications & Skills:
Grade 12 Certificate with Maths/Accounting
Certificate/Diploma in Accountancy
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, Sage, Microsoft)
Advanced Excel skills
Supervisory experience
