For the past 45 years, IDI has grown from 1 location in Minnesota, to 60+ U.S. locations, more than 1,500,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space, over 200 trucks making daily insulation deliveries, over $75,000,000 of inventory in our warehouses, and over 8.5 million miles driven by our drivers. IDI has accomplished all this growth while remaining a privately-owned and operated business and has solidified itself as America’s Insulation Source.

To ensure our service goes above and beyond while our business grows, we need trusted, driven, and talented people to join the IDI family. From sales, to operations, to the corporate office, every employee can grow with the company and have their voice heard. We embrace our family-oriented values and feel the same about our IDI team. Our employees enjoy a healthy work/life balance and receive benefits that fit employees’ and their families’ needs.
