The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The North America Brand Creative Team at Converse is responsible for producing all
the creative marketing assets in our geography from digital to direct to wholesale
support as well. We’re energized by our work, constantly elevating the stories behind
our love for Chuck and the brand. This role will work directly within a tight creative
team and cross-functional teammates that also help drive the work and strategy. Our
North America brand creative team is comprised by our Creative Leads/Art Directors,
Project Managers and Creative Director. You will collaborate closely with internal
teams across the organization including Brand Marketing, Business Affairs, Legal, etc.
as well as external vendors across all production disciplines as needed. This role
reports to the Creative Director of North America Brand Marketing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Senior level Creative Producer who has a passion for the
Converse brand and a drive for creating high-quality work, to oversee all creative
production duties for the North America geography. The ideal candidate has
extensive experience in shoot production and post production for still and motion
capture, along with some experiential and activation production experience as a plus.
They will have a strong understanding of both photography and video capture, can
confidently manage project schedules and production budgets. The role requires
strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to
collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
This role will support the Converse North America Creative team based out of Boston,
MA. This role acts as a 360 producer for all North America creative marketing assets
including brand video & photography, animation, events/activations etc. It also drives
collaboration with project management including workbacks, budget tracking and
communications, and helps educate teams about the production process when
necessary to aid in driving efficiency. You will drive production competence by
Leading/scoping all aspects of production – including identifying production
partners, timing, budget, and sourcing of deliverables across a variety of
projects and platforms/placements.
Responsible for art buying, managing internal and external content creation
(photo, video, artwork, illustrators, copy, etc.).
Develop project plans and associated communications alongside key functional
partners (creative, digital, editorial, influencer marketing, brand marketing,
product, and ops).
Drive collaboration with project management – including workbacks, Providing
guidance on timing and budget criteria.
Shepherding projects through the ideation, pre-production, production, and post-
production process ensuring assets are delivered to spec.
Work to create schedule, review concepts with Brand Creative and key
stakeholders and ensure concept works within budgets and schedule.
Driving contractual oversight and legal feedback, to clear all rights and obtain
accurate release forms/agreements. Ensure compliance and good business
sense with regulations and codes of practice.
Passionate knowledge of what’s happening in the creative and cultural world
that our brand communicates.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working directly with the North America Creative Director, Creative Leads,
and Project Managers as well as cross functional partners who will help drive the
strategy and briefs.
WHAT YOU BRING:
8+ years of experience in photo/art buying industry with an expert understanding
of the creative and production process.
Bachelor’s Degree in Production, Photography, Marketing or equivalent
combination of education, experience and training.
Proficiency with enterprise tools: Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Box,
Figma, Frame.io.
Role is based at Nike HQ in New York, NY with 4 days in-office, 1 day
remote.
