We Move People, and People Move Us! **Overview** **About the Role** The Lead Creative Designer will play a central role in shaping the visual identity and information design for (client). This position works across nine agencies, collaborating to elevate design, data visualization, and storytelling for internal branding, events, and client presentations. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with expertise in: + Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Motion design, animation, and basic video editing (After Effects, GIF creation, Premier Pro or iMovie) + Google Slides and PowerPoint (for high-impact presentations) + Information design and data visualization (turning complex data into clear, engaging visuals) This role will focus on two primary areas: 1. Branding, space, and event design. 2. Client presentations, materials, and data visualization. Beyond our creative agencies, the designer will work closely with teams that specialize in media, data, and analytics, helping them simplify dense, complex information into compelling and digestible visual formats. This role will also collaborate to ensure consistency across all materials the designer creates. Through their work, the designer will play a key role in maintaining brand integrity while producing best-in-class design that aligns with and elevates (client) brand guidelines. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities 1. Branding & Events + Develop and execute design assets, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual identity including: + Signage + Large format animated digital billboard design + Digital displays featuring agency highlight reels + Design branding and event materials, including: + Promotional assets + Signage, name tags, SWAG, etc. + Digital assets and presentation templates + GIFs, motion graphics, and animations + Presentation decks for internal and client events 2. Client Presentations & Information Design + Design high-impact, visually engaging client presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint. + Collaborate with media, data, and analytics teams to translate complex insights into clear, effective visual storytelling. + Create data visualizations, infographics, and simplified frameworks to help communicate strategic insights. Refine and elevate presentation aesthetics to align with (client) branding, ensuring clarity and engagement. **Qualifications** Skills & Experience + 10+ years of experience in graphic design, information design, or creative storytelling. + Strong communication in English. + Effective collaboration skills, working with teams that may not have a strong design background. + Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. + Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud: + Photoshop + Illustrator + InDesign + Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and basic video editing particularly for: + GIF creation + After Effects animations + Agency reels to highlight their work in Premier Pro or iMovie + Proficiency in Google Slides (primarily) and PowerPoint, with experience designing: + Visually compelling presentations + Data visualizations and infographics + Story-driven decks and reports + Ability to simplify complex, data-heavy content into clear, structured, and visually engaging formats. + A keen eye for typography, layout, and branding, particularly within a corporate or agency environment. + Experience working with media, data, and analytics teams to improve visual communication is a plus.
