Develop legal strategies for commercial litigation matters.
Retain and manage qualified outside counsel.

Identify emerging litigation trends, spotting issues across matters, and ensure consistency of positions.
What you'll bring…
You have at least seven years of subject matter expertise in commercial litigation in the areas of real estate, contracts, bankruptcy, and business torts.
You have multiple types of professional experiences, including private practice, in-house litigation management, and a judicial clerkship.
You have managed commercial disputes in arbitration.
You are a thought leader who thinks critically about the law, stays abreast of changes in the legal landscape, and contributes meaningfully to legal discourse and scholarship.
You can communicate complicated legal principles in a way that is easily understood and deliver decisive advice that can be acted upon by busy non-lawyers.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency.
You are an excellent legal writer.
You consistently exercise good judgment and have keen instincts.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
