Senior Cost Estimator - Position Description

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator to support our Navy customer.  This position will be remote and can be anywhere in the US.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

Develops cost estimating products in support of program budget submissions, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions, sensitivity analyses, or program reviews. Provides Estimate at Completion (EAC) status updates associated with construction cost contracts, develops Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCE), provides validation of Navy and Industry-developed cost reduction initiatives, and collaborates with other Program Offices or team members to perform cost related studies across platforms. Experience Requirements:

15 years professional experience in the Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment Field.            15 years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding programs, Cost Estimate/Cost Assessment experience is preferred.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
