We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Cost Analyst (SCA) to establish, maintain, and update a standardized price list for our suite of technology services and products. In this role, you will liaise with government stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other regulatory requirements. Your work will guide pricing strategies, contract structures, and billing procedures, helping us provide transparent and compliant cost information to our clients.
Essential Functions
Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain a standardized price list for all services and products, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple offerings.Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with government stakeholders to understand and adhere to all relevant regulations, particularly FAR requirements, for proper billing and cost-recovery processes.Cost Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct cost-benefit analyses, forecast pricing scenarios, and provide actionable recommendations for new or existing services.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate pricing methodologies and cost analyses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and clarity.Process Management: Identify areas for improvement within existing pricing and billing procedures; implement best practices to increase operational efficiency and compliance.May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertiseSupervisory Responsibility

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Experience
At least 12 years of experience in cost analysis, financial management, government contracting, or equivalent roles.Prior work within a government environment; State Department experience preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Technical & Regulatory Skills:Demonstrated knowledge of FAR and federal government pricing strategies.Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, cost estimating software).Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks into practical pricing solutions.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external government stakeholders.Ability to clearly convey complex financial data to non-financial audiences.
