Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Contracts Administrator with leadership skills and experience to streamline contract and pricing operations, and demonstrates independent judgment and discretion in preparing proposals and administering contracts from their inception through completion

Primary Responsibilities:
• The ability to support management through leadership of others and provide a positive example to peers.
• Responsible for everything from day-to-day operations to ensuring that their team members are best supported to achieve their goals.
• Process Development, analyzing current processes to improve inefficiencies, or areas where optimization is needed
• Assess, recommend and implement streamlined contracting and pricing policy, procedures, and processes to improve department efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reviews policy and process to recommend changes to align with the Nammo Sales Process and Total Quality Management System.
• Identifies data collection and report writing requirements to implement flexible reporting to meet multiple Customer demands.
• Maintains current company registrations in U.S. Government and Customer data bases / portals including System for Award Management (SAM), Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and Exostar.
• Responds to customer inquiries, written and verbal, in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reviews customer solicitation/contract terms and conditions for acceptance and interprets and analyzes contract clauses, provisions, specifications, and requirements.
• Prepares contract Certifications and Representations in accordance with regulatory requirements and provides written and verbal instructions to company with regard to contractual requirements.
• Analyzes cost and estimating data for appropriate utilization in pricing proposals and prepares proposals for submittal to customers in accordance with individual customer requests and company and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiates contract terms/conditions and prices with customers.
• Prepares and processes job orders and related documents reflecting contract requirements for internal distribution and direction.
• Prepares proposal and contract correspondence and sets up and maintains contract files.
• Identifies contract changes and prepares contract claims.
• Provides internal direction regarding contract changes.
• Monitors contract performance against contract requirements and reports on same.
• Reviews contracts and orders from customers for acceptance based on company quotations and/or negotiated agreement.
• Prepares and submits Contract/Technical Data Transmittals to customers in accordance with contract requirements and instructions.
• Monitors, analyzes and reports on all aspects of contract status, compliance and/or problems to company management.
• Represents company and participates in customer meetings.
Job Qualifications
• 6-10 years experience with BA/BS; 3-8 years experience with Masters.
• Prior leadership experience and training in a Department of Defense contracts environment is highly desired.
