● Establish robust content processes that incorporate feedback loops, quality standards, and governance models to ensure consistency across products.
● Drive strategic decisions about content architecture, taxonomy, and voice and tone across the product portfolio.
● Partner with design leadership and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning phases to final designs to launch.
● Lead the development and evolution of content resources such as style guides, glossaries, templates, and content components within our design system that can be applied across a broad suite of financial software products.

5+ years of experience as a UX writer or content strategist for digital products (i.e. apps, software, websites, etc)
Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, human readable instructions.
Expert knowledge of information architecture best practices and ability to advise on optimal content structures.
Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and ability to advocate for content-first approaches.
Experience leading content initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship and iterate on customer-facing products.
Demonstrated success in connecting business goals, research insights, and product goals to create effective content strategies and user experiences.
Leadership experience in establishing content workflows, governance models, and review processes that improve quality while meeting tight deadlines.
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating content leadership, strategic thinking, and measurable impact across multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Copywriting, English, or a related field.
