Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing, editing, and optimizing content across multiple digital channels, including web pages, blogs, social media, digital and print advertisements, and internal communications. This role ensures that all content aligns with OSF HealthCare’s strategic vision, engages target audiences, and adheres to editorial and brand standards. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in digital content creation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content across multiple digital platforms. Experience using AI tools and other content creation software to drive efficiency and effectiveness in content production. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of spelling, grammar, and AP style Ability to analyze content performance data and translate it into actionable insights for continuous content improvement.
