**Job Description:**
**You will:**
+ Strategically assess and recommend project and technical content needs for our web sites using our CMS Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Digital Asset Manager.
+ Will work with internal teams on client programs with a focus on content effectiveness and user experience.
+ Create a partnership building relationships with internal global clients.
+ Check and validate content work carried out by our development partners.
+ Work with Jira as a project management tool for bug tracking and reporting to resolve issues resulting from content development.
+ Manage Workamajig ticketing system for incoming requests, triaging and project work.
+ Liaise with development partners as required for ongoing template development and to resolve issues.
+ Support web quality assurance activities including accessibility, broken links, misspellings, etc.
+ Be responsible to add new features and enhancements to the web client experience as needed.
+ Role will be aligned to EMEA / USA (Eastern Time Zone) working day
**Qualifications**
As a Content Author, you have:
+ At least 2-4 years content management system experience and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS in a B-to-B environment.
+ Familiar with Adobe Experience Manager Personalization application and support.
+ Understanding of basic HTML (although use within CMS is limited).
+ Confidence enforcing governance and standards to maintain the site integrity and quality.
+ The ability to assess and recommend what is needed, including reducing copy for the web.
+ Experience creating, supporting non-English international websites working with different countries languages and translations.
+ Setting and managing expectations with stakeholders in multiple regions.
+ Use of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Digital Asset Manager & HTML, understanding of Adobe Analytics, SEO, taxonomy, A/B testing, redirect implementation.
+ Ability to create and resize graphics in Photoshop.
+ Hold relevant marketing or digital qualifications.
**Desirable:**
Additional web design skills
Form-building capability
Understanding of web design for accessibility
