Principal responsibilities

Lead the Agile DevOps Pod to design, develop, deploy and support solutions in consultation with business stakeholders.Responsible for all engineering aspect for the automation solution team.Accountable for day-to-day automation tooling production support management and improve user experience with proper support model design.Embed CI/CD methodologies and DevOps working model in Pod.Delivery of working software from concept to live using Agile methodologies.Help align business goals with release plans to ensure timely delivery of features.Arrange and lead agile ceremonies, daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement sessions, discovery sessions, sprint demo and retrospectives.Challenge to team to improve on process and inspire them to find new better ways of working.Help identify and mitigate delivery risks.
