We are actively seeking innovative, proactive professionals to expand our growing Mobility Transformation and Data Solutions team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects that aim to reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge, efficient, and compliant global mobility programs, and bring creative solutions to the market.
We invite expressions of interest from candidates who are ready to challenge conventional thinking.
Contribute to and lead projects focused on the transformation of global mobility, including defining program strategy, policy design, process improvement, technology implementation, and compliance management. Leverage data analytics to help clients make informed, strategic decisions regarding their global workforce. Experience with visualisation software and/or Alteryx to streamline a process or present big data would be helpful. Proactively monitor, identify and analyse global mobility trends, contributing to the development and distribution of insights and thought leadership within the industry. Support clients with their employee and employer obligations globally, including cost management through data insights. Bring innovative and creative solutions for new Go to Market ideas, enhancing service offerings for existing clients and targets. Build and maintain relationships with clients, and create new ones, providing consistently high levels of client service. Challenge the status quo by demonstrating and leading clients in new directions with thought-provoking solutions. Project manage exciting mobility transformation opportunities, considering different delivery methods to provide exceptional service to our clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies and solutions that address the complex challenges of managing a global workforce.
What we’re looking for
Here’s our ‘wish list’ but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your strengths, what you want to learn, and how far you want to go.
Professionals with a proven track record of success in one or more of these areas: Global Mobility, Mobility technology, International human resources, Mobility data, Expatriate tax, Expatriate payroll or related fields Strong technical skills, and an understanding of global taxation, compensation, payroll and mobility approaches and concepts. Strong conception, visualization and presentation skills (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, MS PowerPoint, MURAL) Strong analytical skills and the ability to digest, analyse, and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making for clients. Innovative thinkers with a proactive approach to identifying and responding to mobility industry trends and changes. Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients and team members.
