Many of those initiatives were successful for a time, but they’ve lacked staying power. Today, most manufacturers still struggle to achieve — and sustain — higher levels of performance. Our EY teams understand how to improve productivity for smarter, faster and more advanced manufacturing. With our EY Smart Factory methodology and our unique partnership with P&G at the foundation, we help our clients achieve operational efficiency across the organization to build a better tomorrow!

EY has been rated one of the leading manufacturing consulting firms in the world, and very few organizations match the scope, scale, and ability to lead companies through a sustainable manufacturing transformation.
