5+ years in support, development, testing and migration of issues fixed, minor enhancement
related to cloud ERP tickets and change request orders. Experience in deployment and release management processes of Cloud ERP technical
components. Hands-on experience in Reports development and changes (BIP), Security, Extracts, Page
customizations, DFF creation. Provide quarterly patch upgrade testing by executing the approved test cases. Experience on OIC support/development is a plus. Experience on Apex support/development is a plus. Excellent business communication skills. Ability to speak to business users, process owners and IT team to understand the ticket
requirements. Must work in Night Shift (US EST business hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST). General understanding of the Cloud ERP business processes and integrations. Analytical, Problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities of the Oracle Production system ensuring
they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements. Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts. Support client with test script execution. Follow the SLAs and other terms of the Contractual obligations. Provide status and ticket updates to the stack holders
