Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 9 to 11 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs developing strategies and implementing solutions that drive business success. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and assessment of client needs in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.Develop comprehensive strategies to address client challenges and opportunities.Implement solutions that enhance business processes and outcomes for clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide expert advice and insights to clients on industry best practices.Oversee the development and delivery of project deliverables.Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project alignment with client goals.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.Utilize data and analytics to measure project impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess deep domain expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance with a minimum of 9 years of experience.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Have a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting environment.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Maintain a client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
