How you'll make an impact Develop and present ways to improve processes, products and services to facilitate improvements from end to end in the product. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Multitasking – The candidate will be expected to work on several projects simultaneously that may require different technical skills and effective time management. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software, services and results. About You Microsoft Excel programming – candidate will be coding, or debugging, extremely complex financial and business logic utilizing internal and custom Excel functions. Web Site Development – candidate will be utilizing a proprietary framework to create, debug and manage financial and benefits websites which include: Administrative sites utilized by client administrators to manage plans, calculations and data. Participant sites are available to the clients employees to perform financial modeling, review personal data, facilitate benefits transactions, submit documentation and communicate with Plan Administrators. Database architecture – candidate should have a background in managing, normalizing, editing and analyzing data sets to support the online applications. Knowledge of defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, executive benefit plans and other benefit plans, or the demonstrated ability to acquire such knowledge and apply to financial models and Excel programming. Required: Bachelor's degree or; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent oral, written communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time management skills. Preferred: Master's degree or professional certification preferred. Experience in a supervisory or management role. Behaviors: Use of sound judgment of all client interactions. Exhibits strong ability to anticipate needs and proactively seek to identify new opportunities. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. High degree of business technology awareness and its applications to workplace efficiencies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
