What you'll be doing

You will be supporting the Digital Agile Operations team and responsible for:

Leading key operational transformation initiatives including but not limited to; communicating delivery standards, documentation management and sustainment, and elevating the way we operate across the Delivery & UX organization and how we partner with our Digital Technology counterpartsLeading much of the change management and continuous improvement exercises working closely with leadership to identify opportunities and drive change to help drive operational effectiveness within teamDriving a sustainable and repeatable change management strategy and ensuring success for all team members to minimize change fatigue

How you'll succeed

Delivery Governance and Optimization -  Stay up-to-date with industry best practices. Ongoing optimization of delivery processes including driving priority on focus areas with an emphasis on implementation and sustainment. Implement a monitoring and governance strategy through baseline and feedback loop, to ensure areas of improvement have direct and positive impact to our employee experience, collaboration and culture.Team Player and Leadership – Act both collaboratively and autonomously. You will contribute to the creation of the Digital Agile culture, Digital delivery operating model and solutioning for assigned portfolios. You will work with your peers in the Digital Product delivery leadership team and partners from across the enterprise to ensure we are operating with world-class delivery efficiency, and driving Agile, lean and collaborative practices.Communications and Stakeholder Management – Exceptional communication is beyond the words we use. Using the art of communication, lead each conversation with curiosity and empathy. Working closely with stakeholders across teams and disciplines to facilitate effective conversations, and dissemination of information. Consistently build new relationships and serve as an active collaborator and partner to those we work with.
