What Sales Strategy and Support Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Strategy and Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Experience influencing customers through the use of relationship building, data and financial acumen (data-driven, analytical approach preferred)Ideally targeting individuals with 4+ years in a customer facing capacityUnderstanding of the GPO space and how to leverage them for successUnderstanding of wholesale distribution (ideally Cardinal Health's model) and how customers are incentivized strongly preferredDemonstrated passion for process improvement with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve efficiency requiredWhat is expected of you and others at this level
Possesses analytical capability to assess sales opportunities and provide targeting guidance to the teamDedicated to process improvement, influencing key stakeholders within the process toward efficient process operationsStrong leadership experience, demonstrating ability to get the most from your teamAbility to communicate effectively with customers and influence them to purchase the Major Rugby product over other competing optionDemonstrates understanding of Cardinal Health prime vendor agreements and how the purchase of Major Rugby products fits into the customer’s incentive structureAnticipated Salary Range: $103,500.00 - 147,850.00 USD (base)
