What Sales Strategy and Support Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Strategy and Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Managing the relationship and growing the Major Rugby business with Major Rugby’s State Government, LTC and GPO marketsExplore opportunities with customers, demonstrating the value that the Major Rugby portfolio of products brings to their institutionBreak down obstacles to success, working with GPOs and the customer base to position the Major Rugby portfolio for success

Qualifications

Experience influencing customers through the use of relationship building, data and financial acumen (data-driven, analytical approach preferred)Ideally targeting individuals with 4+ years in a customer facing capacityUnderstanding of the GPO space and how to leverage them for successUnderstanding of wholesale distribution (ideally Cardinal Health's model) and how customers are incentivized strongly preferredDemonstrated passion for process improvement with the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve efficiency required

Anticipated Salary Range: $103,500.00 - 147,850.00 USD (base)

Bonus Eligible: Yes - 15% MIP Annually
