Essential Functions:

Provide extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniquesOversee and lead large programs compiled of several tenant fit-out and ground up construction projectsManage multiple concurrent projects while aligning with client objectives across your active project listTake responsibility for the overall success of major projectsProactively analyze and manage project-related issues and mitigate risks.Define success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project and program life cycleCreate an engaging environment where the project team is committed to achieving outcomes that exceed clients’ expectations and meet JLL’s objectivesEstablish effective organizational structure for reporting, communication, and working procedures, and ensure that clear objectives and quality control systems are in place.Lead a team of professionals to exceed client’s expectations for all project management services while executing projects alongside the team. Provide on-site leadership for the project team, motivating team members to meet project goalsLead project management team meetingsSet and continually manage project and/or program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholdersDetermine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and/or program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areasAssist in training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for successful project implementation. Facilitate and encourage the project team to establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand the capabilities for the organization.Demonstrate a focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective mannerManage project planning for all phases of the projectWork closely with client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements.Develop scope, estimate costs, and develop project budgets and schedulesManage the procurement processAssemble and manage the required teams of consultants and contractors Assist with feasibility studies, RFP process, proposal evaluation, and vendor recommendations for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholdersAssist with contract negotiationsInterface with consultants, architects, contractors, client staff, property owners and vendorsProvide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met.Manage the delivery of progress report and other necessary documentation to effectively communicate project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues Manage the day-to-day project activities and monitor overall project progressManage project scope and changesAct as an internal quality control check for the project and participate in quality issue resolutionManage the monitoring, tracking, and resolution of issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverablesIdentify and develop trusted adviser relationships with project and/or program stakeholdersEnsure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standardsContinue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practicesIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and riskAssist in the establishment and refinement of best practices and standards of excellence.Ensure customer satisfactionMaintain excellent client relationships

Minimum Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.  An advanced degree is an advantage.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant and progressive work experience in project managementIn-depth knowledge of project management and extraordinary skills in the disciplineExperience leading project teams and managing numerous projects simultaneouslyDemonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technologies as required for assigned projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team membersAbility to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clientsA working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estateFlexibility with work hours and travel as neededHighly organized with strong analytical skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MS Project software, and Smart Sheets

Estimated total compensation for this position:

10,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
