Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for small to large retail, commercial, and religious projects. This role involves managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. There is currently no official office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Project Manager needs to have a growth and opportunity mindset as they will be hiring and growing this office in the future. The candidate's goals and performance will determine the career path, but there will be numerous career opportunities to lead this office.

ResponsibilitiesOversee subcontractors, scheduling, and project timelines.Collaborate with the Superintendent on budget status.Handle all invoicing and accounting tasks.Create work-in-progress and cost status reports.Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.Essential SkillsCommercial construction experience.Experience with RFI, change orders, and site development.Subcontractor management skills.Knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth market, contractors, laws, building codes, and regulations.Willingness to travel 3 days per month.10+ years of experience with commercial construction.Experience with projects valued at $5-$10+ million.Ability to manage 3-5 projects simultaneously.5+ ground-up projects with site work.3-week look ahead scheduling experience.Experience with field administrative work (RFIs, Submittals).Ability to read blueprints and civil drawings.Growth and opportunity mindset and drive.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in construction management (nice to have).Experience with public construction projects.Experience with institutional and national account programs (such as building a chain of stores or buildings).Work Environment

The work environment includes an office setting five days a week, with travel to sites three days per month. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The environment is calm and structured to avoid conflicts between estimators and project managers. Employees enjoy BBQs 2-3 times every summer, an annual charity golf outing, project diversity, and support for women in leadership roles. Procore training and schedule flexibility are also provided when tasks are completed on time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $67.31
