Role accountabilities:

Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need Manage & provide support to the Assistant Project Managers and/or lead other Assistant Project Managers to assist in delivering small sized projects, and professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments Ability to take a simple brief from Project Director / Director and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective Managing Client, external stakeholders and team relationships in related activity area Supervise and monitor all site work Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure the work progress meet schedule Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor, clients and other parties

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Building Studies, Building Service Engineering or other relevant disciplines Proven track record of 8-10+ years relevant working experience on-site. Experience in refurbishment/ new fitting out works in retail shop/ offices/ commercial/hotel building is preferable Good command of Cantonese & English Willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally according to project needs on site Macau project experience is preferred  Willing to be based in Macau
