The Senior Compliance Specialist will lead various environmental air permitting, analysis, and compliance projects. This position will lead multi-media environmental compliance audits; environmental site assessments; mitigation measure implementation, write and edit plans for various projects with a diverse portfolio of project types and clients.Presents summaries of regulations and determines the applicability to a client’s operations.Lead site audits, incident investigations and other company initiative audits.Presents environmental regulatory knowledge and experience to develop effective strategies and solutions to current and future technical and regulatory issues on projects.Apply state and federal regulatory developments (proposed and promulgated rule making, notices, etc.), trends (regulatory and intra company), and presents impacts of applicable regulatory requirements.Review emissions calculations and background documentation.Approve utilization of compliance tools and remediation project strategies.Build and maintain effective relationships with existing clients, customers and contractors and develop new business opportunities.Lead sales and marketing efforts and identify key pursuits.Responsible for ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.Lead the development of cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance. Present project budgets and cost estimates.Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to the department.Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
