We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to work from our US-based (West Coast - Bay area, Seattle) office.
Overview:
Reports into the technology sector leader, based out of Santa Clara/ Seattle. Directly responsible for ensuring Qualitest activities within the global account(s) complies with the legal, contractual, and ethical standards of the account and of the company. Responsible for analyzing and reviewing legal documents, SOWs, process documents to create comprehensive compliance document for the account and location-specific policies and procedures. Responsible for drafting and implementing policies and procedures and reviewing them periodically for compliance and risks. Establishing and conducting training programs to ensure team members are aware of the policies and procedures and are fully compliant with them. Conducting physical site visits and audits to identify potential gaps and compliance issues. Responsible for publishing compliance reports periodically documenting compliance risks and mitigation plans.

Business objectives of the role:
Objective: Deliver on the client-specific and Qualitest-specific compliance commitments for large technology engagements. Success will be measured by: Creation of policies and review of policies and procedures. Training of Individuals in the team, coaching and guiding. Investigating gaps in compliance strategies. Conducting audits, reviewing CAPA (corrective action, preventive action), follow-ups and closure. Reporting of compliance risks. Communication of new policies, rules and regulations.
Key activities of the role:
Regularly and periodically auditing the processes to identify potential issues. These audits start with Client policies and Qualitest policies and end with its practices and verification of those practices in action. Assess risks against benefits and make decisions accordingly. Identify, assess, and monitor risks that could be caused by non-compliance. Streamline workflows to eliminate emails and trace outstanding tasks. Communicate with employees to ensure they are aware of their compliance roles. Conduct detailed research and complete documentation. Create, follow and attend training programs. Liaise with external bodies to stay aware of changing industry requirements. Visit sites globally that deliver services to client to ensure that agreed procedures are being implemented. Review processes and adapt plans based on feedback. Maintain records of compliance practices.

Required Qualifications:
10-12 years of work experience in compliance management, audit, policy creation and adherence. Experience working with large technology industry companies and having executed compliance programs for them. Proven expertise in managing and building compliance frameworks. Experience collaborating closely with delivery teams and management team. Core skills in: Critical thinking and problem-solving. Data analytics. Organization and project management. Attention to detail. Understanding of regulatory frameworks. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Negotiation and influencing skills. Interpersonal skills.
