As a Senior Communications Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to\nfacilitate the Aerospace Technologies business unit. You will be accountable\nfor creating and delivering impactful communication materials to our global\nemployees, to enhance our brand and reputation. Your expertise in\ncommunication strategies and your ability to effectively engage stakeholders\nwill be essential in driving the success of our business.
You will report directly to our Senior Director of Communications, and you'll\nwork out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our\ncommunication efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and engaging\nemployees and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams\nto gather information, develop key messages, and deliver communication\nmaterials through various channels. Your strong writing and editing skills will\nbe crucial in creating compelling content for internal messages, presentations,\nand other communication materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement global strategic communication plans to facilitate the\nAerospace Technologies business group.
• Create and deliver impactful communication materials to employees
• Engage stakeholders through effective communication strategies and channels
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop key\nmessages
• Write and edit internal, articles, presentations, and other communication\nmaterials

YOU\nMUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate communications or a related\nfield
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement communication strategies
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, or a related field
