Visit us at https://www.softwareone.com/en The role Professional Services (Deployments/Implementation) • Provide authority guidance on Cloud Adoption Framework & Well-Architected Framework, ensuring alignment with interpersonal goals & standard processes. • Assist in the development of Cloud Adoption Framework Plans and conduct Business Impact Analyses to assess the implications of cloud migration. • Conduct Well-Architected Reviews of existing cloud architectures and generate detailed reports to optimize performance, security, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational perfection. • Perform comprehensive assessments of current IT environments, generate Migration Assessment Reports, and propose migration strategies tailored to business needs and technical requirements. • Develop detailed Migration Plans including Application Dependency Mapping Reports to ensure smooth and successful migration to the cloud. • Design Cloud Landing Zones that provide scalable, resilient, and secure environments, considering factors like compliance, governance, and performance. • Create As-Built Documents and Migration Execution Plans to document and implement migration processes accurately and efficiently. • Draft Cloud Migration Runbooks detailing step-by-step procedures, standard processes, and considerations for migrating applications and workloads to Azure. • Design Cloud Network and Security Architectures to establish robust and reliable network connectivity and implement effective security measures to protect cloud environments and data. • Hands-on experience on the: o Application Modernization Services o License Assessment o Cloud Migration Target Cloud Sizing Sheets, Target Architecture o Billing, spend management, incident & service request management. Support Services (Managed Services): • Provide third-line support and technical leadership for Azure cloud environments, resolving sophisticated technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead the development and management of Cloud Management Portals, designing solutions to enhance monitoring, management, and automation capabilities. • Define and implement comprehensive Cloud Security & Compliance Policies, collaborating with partners to address security & compliance requirements. • Drive the implementation of robust Cloud Governance Frameworks, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure consistency to standards and optimize resource utilization. • Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, sharing knowledge and standard processes to enhance team performance and capabilities. • Act as an authority on Azure cloud services and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to team members. • Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents, identifying underlying issues and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence. Professional Services (Deployments/Implementation) • Strong expertise in Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and standard processes. • Experience in providing advisory services for cloud architectures, solutions, and migrations. • Proficiency in conducting assessments, generating reports, and developing migration plans. • Ability to design scalable and secure cloud environments, including Cloud Landing Zones. • Excellent documentation skills for creating detailed reports, plans, and runbooks. • Familiarity with cloud networking and security principles and practices. • Good communication and presentation skills to effectively connect with partners at all levels. • Demonstrable ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Guide, or equivalent certifications are preferred. • Collaborate effectively with both local and remote teams working in different time zone. What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud consulting, architecture, or similar roles. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role, with a focus on Azure. Consistent record of optimally delivering cloud advisory and migration projects. Consistent record of designing and implementing cloud management solutions and governance frameworks. Experience working with teams with multifaceted strengths and partners to drive cloud adoption initiatives. Proven ability to analyze sophisticated technical environments, see opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations. Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Sophisticated certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Authority or Azure DevOps Engineer Guide are effective.
