Senior Client Success Associate

About the role:
A successful candidate for this role has a high level understanding of the digital advertising landscape and previous experience working in customer support. This individual works well in a fast paced startup environment, has strong communication and problem solving skills, and is curious to learn. You will report to the Director of Client Success and work closely with the Client Success team to assist in pre-sale activities and day to day campaign management across managed & self-service buys.
What you'll do:Assist the Client Success team in building RFPs to create comprehensive media plans for existing and potential clientsPartner with the Client Success team to gather assets, set-up campaigns, and monitor campaigns for performance and deliveryPartner with Sales to manage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, asset management, and delivery to achieve campaign successQA creative files and digital assets for DOOH & Mobile campaigns. Coordinate with Client Success to ensure creative files and tags meet specs.Coordinate custom creative development with client and internal teams, overseeing the timeline and asset creation from start to finishTraffic 1st and 3rd party campaigns across DOOH and mobilePull DOOH and Mobile reporting, coordinate with internal teams to resolve reporting discrepancies and meet client needsSupport the Client Success team with billing efforts for our clientsTake clear ownership of assigned projects and keep them on-track; meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely mannerWhat experience we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree1-2 years of industry experience; experience at a programmatic technology company preferred.Experience working w/ Third Party Ad Servers, Verification, and Measurement Partners (DoubleClick, Sizmek, IAS, DoubleVerify, Cuebiq, Foursquare, IRI, etc.)Understanding of ad operations, trafficking and analyticsExperience or familiarity with mobile and or location-based dataHighly proficient using MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Who you are:Passionate about building client relationships Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholdersCurious to learn, be a team player, and go above and beyond when neededWhat we offer:Flexible, fun start-up environment and culture.An approachable and accessible C-Suite.Comprehensive health benefits.401k + match.Quarterly Lifestyle Stipend.Unlimited PTO and summer Fridays.Company-wide and team specific entertainment budgets.Sponsored Volunteer Events and Vistar Gives Back program.An awesome and supportive bunch of people to work with and learn from.At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary.  Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in California is $73,000 - $77,000, plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City and CA may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
