The role will oversee all account management activities to reach strategic client service, retention, and sales objectives. In this role you will work closely with the other members of the client service and broking teams to ensure that the needs of the clients are met or exceeded for all client deliverables.
Plays active role with clients, spending a significant proportion of their time “on the pitch” e.g. participates in major client meetings & stays abreast of account developmentSupports client development opportunities as industry expert, to reinforce relationshipsLead development strategy, execution and business growth Oversees regional marketing efforts. Supports and drives key global lines of business campaigns and focus areas at a regional level (e.g. Climate Risk and the Energy Transition)Leverage industry expertise to identify client needs in geography and provide innovative integrated value propositions across WTW SegmentsEnhance industry awareness of WTW and brand / proposition and create / adapt IP for external publication in GeographyPrepare proposals and presentations of appropriate products and services, using marketing resources, practice groups and other technical specialistsResearch and compile answers to client policy and coverage questionsInitiate relationships with and communicate with client decision makers and insurer personnelIdentify, compile and manage information regarding account renewal and cross-sell opportunitiesRequest and implement policy changes and wordings to ensure clients are receiving the broadest coverage available in the marketplace and tailor specific endorsements to address client exposures Manage all client deliverables and delivery within mandated timeframesDevelop program design and final proposals for clientsAssist in the preparation of client submissionsMaintain accurate client data base and sales pipeline
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Engage with clients by participating in major client meetings and staying informed about account development.Support client development opportunities as an industry expert to enhance LRM relationships.Lead development strategy, execution, and business growth initiatives.Oversee regional marketing efforts, advancing key GLoB campaigns and focus areas at a regional level (e.g., Climate Risk and the Energy Transition).Use industry expertise to identify regional client needs and provide innovative integrated value propositions across WTW Segments.Increase awareness of WTW and its brand/propositions, and create or adapt intellectual property for external publication in the region.Prepare proposals and presentations on relevant products and services, utilizing marketing resources, practice groups, and other technical specialists.Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions.Establish and communicate relationships with client decision-makers and insurer personnel.Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewal and cross-sell opportunities.Request and implement policy changes and wordings to ensure clients receive the broadest coverage available in the marketplace, tailoring specific endorsements to address client exposures.Manage all client deliverables and ensure delivery within mandated timeframes.Develop program designs and final proposals for clients.Assist in the preparation of client submissions.Maintain an accurate client database and sales pipeline.The Requirements:
