Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Citrix Engineer (Senior Engineer) to join their team in Houston, TX. Summary: This role requires someone with a short ramp-up time who can quickly integrate into the team. The project involves growing the architecture for Citrix, which is not new but will be scaled up to accommodate up to 3,000 users, tripling its current size. The engineer will work with different partners and report to the team lead. Responsibilities: * Citrix Engineer will grow and scale the Citrix architecture to support up to 3,000 users * Collaborate with network, telecom, and Citrix teams to address ongoing challenges * Transition from VMware virtual desktops to Citrix VDI, addressing issues with capacity limits, training, onboarding, and developing the structure * As a Citrix Engineer, you will handle migrations and post-migration activities * Work closely with the team lead and other partners to ensure smooth project execution
