Senior Capture Manager
Senior Capture Manager   Job Description Summary:  + D&G is seeking an exceptional DoD Senior Capture Manager as a key member of our rapidly growing business supporting multiple DoD, DHS and other Federal Clients You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and be responsible for securing existing and winning new business opportunities in Department of Defense (DOD) markets, including but not limited to US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Air Mobility Command (AMC). ​This is an outstanding opportunity to be a part of a “Washington Business Top Places to Work” company delivering innovative solutions to our nation and the deployed warfighter. Roles & Responsibilities:   + Develops and executes an overall capture strategy for approved pursuits, orchestrating bid strategies including teaming arrangements, developing cost/price strategies, and supporting proposal development. + Works in close collaboration with Growth and Operations leadership to develop and execute capture strategies that will secure new and re-compete contract wins. + Leads the capture process for new business opportunities within the DoD sector, focusing on logistics, supply chain analysis, data analytics, program management, and acquisition management. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and business development staff, to ensure alignment and successful capture efforts. + Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. + Prepares and presents capture plans, status reports, and briefings to senior leadership. + Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. Requirements:   + Bachelor’s degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. + 5 years of experience in the following: + Demonstrated experience leading and winning new business captures within DoD. + Experience in capturing large business development programs (>$50M Total Contract Value) including opportunity identification, qualification, solutioning and proposal development. + Working with USTRANSCOM, DLA, AMC or other relevant agencies. + Utilizing online tools used by the Federal Government for solicitations. + Demonstrated skills in all areas of business development including opportunity identification, qualification, capture strategy development, customer relationship development, partner relationship development, and collaboration. + Development of and successful negotiation of teaming agreements. + Development of competitive pricing strategies and associated cost proposal materials.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Active Secret Security Clearance + This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))    Desired Skills:   + 10 years of active-duty experience in military logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or related fields. + Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and requirements. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to develop and execute successful capture strategies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. + Ability to meet critical deadlines and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.  Location:    + Remote/telecommute with occasional travel Who We Are:   D&G is one of the fastest growing companies in the Washington-DC area and honored to be named one of the “Best Places to Work” in the nation.
