Senior Campus Planner

Responsibilities We are seeking a creative, innovative, and collaborative leader who is committed to design quality and passionate about sustainability to become a key member of our team. You will work with other firm leaders to direct the campus planning work of our studio, communicate closely with Page clients, and provide guidance to staff. Understands emerging trends in learning environments and student success criteria; Leads and directs research, analysis, programming, and campus design strategies; Leads client presentations and public processes; Facilitates campus and community engagement; Maintains a professional profile as a thought leader in the field, including speaking publicly and authoring publications; Directs the development of planning reports and other deliverables, including compelling graphics and narrative; Secures new business through client relationship development and participates proactively in marketing efforts; Mentors Page planners and urban designers. Qualifications Portfolio of creative campus planning/urban design projects demonstrating understanding of critical issues, conceptual design abilities and systems thinking; Command of programmatic and physical analyses; Experience facilitating large stakeholder meetings; Ability to work across a broad range of scales; Strong leadership and management skills; Proven success in business development; Experience directing work produced in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, Rhinoceros 3D, and Data Visualization (such as Tableau); 10+ years of integrated campus planning/urban design; Professional degree in planning, urban design, landscape architecture, or architecture; AICP accreditation is desirable; LEED accreditation is desirable.
