Job Summary
Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of procurement at IFF? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to oversee local supply management for our assigned plant(s) and drive regional sourcing initiatives.As part of our Regional EMEA Procurement team, you will not only ensure seamless supply chain operations but also contribute to global strategies by collaborating with Category Excellence Teams, you will be in charge of setting up the regional strategies in collaboration with supply chain and the business. Your expertise will help us optimize sourcing, improve supplier relationships, and drive value across our operations.
What You Will Do
• Manage the commercial relationships with suppliers.
• Run EMEA tenders for specifics logistics categories and carry out the negotiations.
• Lead regional sourcing initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
• Setting up Regional Procurement strategies for all the EMEA region, working alongside Category Excellence Teams to enhance supplier performance and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with Global Procurement policies, systems, and procedures, while implementing best practices to support IFF’s operational goals.
• This role will be responsible for the warehousing categories initially with growing opportunities in the future.

•IFF Code of Conduct and FCPA
•International business trade law and regulation
•Be familiar with requirements from end user.
•Operation & Quality management , experience engaging cross functional teams Project management
•Skillful in Project Management
•Knowledge of Financial analysis, legal framework and business
drivers.
•Project management/team leadership
Supplier relations management
•Mature experience identifying, developing and promoting new and existing supplier relationships locally Leadership
•Plans and manages projects, anticipating risks and interdependencies.
•Skilled in leading through positive influence.
•Adept at working with teams of GP. Shares knowledge and insights.
•Understands team dynamics. Assumes different roles, as needed.

•5 years of experience within procurement function and/or logistics will be required
•Travel will be required up to 20%
