Senior Business Travel Counselor

Traveler Experience (TX) is seeking positive, energetic, highly skilled, customer-focused,senior-level travel counselor (TEC III)to join our Nordic 24HSC Team. This team provides outstanding service for our business travelers in multiple countries. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, shifts are available 24x7x365 including afterhours/nights/weekends. Indicate your shift interest with resume.

Main Responsibilities:

Help our travelers with any urgent business travel related arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)Act as a trusted advisor by finding the best possible solution for each case to ensure the best possible customer experience.Ensure reservations are built according to client travel policy, standards and preferencesHandle a wide range of bookings including complex pricing, ticketing and reissuesProactively solve any issues that might occur during or before the travelHave the passion to learn new skills and develop.Work effectively and customer-oriented even under pressureProvide excellent problem-solving skills and strive for a positive outcome independently.

Experience education:

Experience5 years of experience working as a Travel Consultant.Good travel industry knowledgeHighly skilled in Amadeus GDSLanguages
Swedish and English both written and verbalDanish is a plusKnowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs)Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detailFluent verbal skills both in English and SwedishGreat active listening and information gathering skills.Proactive consultant – solutions oriented and accountable.Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry, application of client travel policies, procedures, and processes (including complex reservations and changes)Able to use current technology and easily adapt to changes in technology as they come.A genuine passion for high-quality customer service — we care about our customers and it’s important to us that you do tooAbility to work and adapt in a constantly changing, fast paced environment.Must be a “Team Player” and work cohesively with others internally and externally.A positive, “can do” attitude, willingness to learn and grow
