Your insights and deliverables will influence actions taken by managers and executives, both proactively and in real-time, across projects/programs of various scale. **What You’ll Do:** + Support client engagements within our Change & Transformation practice with a focus on Strategy, Agility, Lean business practices, and Transformation + As a vital team member and leader, the work you will perform will include but is not limited to: growth strategy modelling, design (current state discovery and future state forecasting), change management, and project management (including Agile delivery techniques) + You will critically think through problems, set timelines and objectives, and deliver on those goals. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop thought leadership content in both domain and capability.
