Job DescriptionDevelop and manage ecosystem/enabler partner collaborations (including SoC, OpenHarmony, software, IDH, university/research institute etc)Conduct market research and strategy formulation to develop new business field in AIoT market together with local sales/PRM/FAE teamsSupport global/local management and functional teams on strategy topicsManage local innovation program to drive new product/solution developmentLead and develop local BUD & Marcom team

Qualifications> 8 years working experience in semiconductor/electronics industryExperience in business development/strategy/marketing/sales with technical backgroundStrong strategic sense with with good analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindsetStrong leadership and relationship building (management through influence), effective communication skillsCross culture awareness and experience, advanced written and oral English skills
