**Position Summary:**
As Senior Business Developer Manager you will have the responsibility to define the strategy to enhance the long-term partnership with the end-users of the Interiors Segment, increasing bottom-up demand for our products, creating new business opportunities to support business growth. You will be responsible for the coaching and development of our Business Development Managers, showing the best tools and processes to succeed in the daily job and in their career.
**Primary responsibilities:**
+ Define the end-user’s growth strategy for the segment both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, with full responsibility on the sales target for the area of their responsibility, and manage the execution winning new end users in a solid and long-term relation
+ Commitment in placing our products in the hands of the main players in the market and ensure that their needs are well recognized and managed
+ Actively and directly manage the relation with the 80 new end-users and site-project manager, be on the field creating a relation based on trust and real support
+ Leverage the relation developed by the KAM team with key accounts, to anticipate future opportunities in the market
+ Support and develop the BDM team in succeeding in their commitments, coach them, provide the right tools and expectations, helping to win obstacles
+ Strongly collaborate with the Strategic PM to develop the business in new applications and markets, identify market trends, recognise patterns in market trends, competitor activity and customer data to identify growth opportunities
