ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

● Solve complex business problems utilizing business process redesign and cloud computing technologies

● Assess AS-IS processes and develop new processes and/or business flows to leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) capabilities of Software-As-A-Service (SAAS).

● Consult with data engineering team and functional unit owners and document a gap analysis of capabilities, requirements and needs against technology

● Apply business process re-engineering methodologies for systems modernization

● Develops new standard operating procedures documentation and a handbook for Data Lake

● Prepare and present findings, recommendations, new operating models, and new workflows in consultation with the data engineering team

● Creates methodology to measure process performance against established metrics

● Responsible for completing assignments with the ability to work on 1-3 projects

● Understanding the business needs and requests, identifying solutions, gathering information, and translating business needs into documented artifacts that are understandable to business and IT personnel alike

● Work with the business users to analyze processes and system issues and turn them into actionable system changes that benefit the requesting party(s), improve efficiency in operations and overall performance

● Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, incremental software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance testing to ensure the software has been implemented based on the specifications.
