Senior Business Analyst
Senior Technical Business Analyst role is an analyst, advisor and facilitator role acting with some of Product Owner’s responsibilities. The team searching for a Technical Business Analyst is working on integrating internal systems with other systems or with other companies. Many of the systems are focused on payments and merchant profiles. This team ensures that needed integrations and required data are available for other teams/systems.
You will be working with different development teams worldwide as needed. This department has integrated Agile POD (Product-Oriented Delivery), meaning that you might work in several different PODs at one time. The Integrations team is based in different locations, some of them in the USA, some in Lithuania, still you will have team member who will help you get onboarded.

What will you do as a Technical Business Analyst being a part of the Integrations team? You will be responsible for leading a project as a technical business analyst, which means gathering requirements, setting up meetings with architects, tech leads and developers to understand what implementations are needed. Manage and prioritise the backlog with new tasks for architects, tech leads and developers. Understand how the business operates and make decisions accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders to complete UAT and coordinate testing sessions. The Senior technical Business Analyst understands business needs very well, offers scenarios to solve business problems, assists decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions, helps with QA and UAT, and follows up on progress.
Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate business needs into clearly defined, detailed, and documented requirements, functional designs, and system supplemental specifications for new applications, with the mindset of “remove non-essential parts.”; Create and maintain project lifecycle documents/deliverables (vision/scope document, AS IS and TO BE flow, supplemental specifications, and flow diagrams, backlog building); Analyze change requests/enhancements in existing applications and participate as a SME for new strategic programs or initiatives; Provide required business and/or subject matter expertise for both project and production-related activities; Assist the leadership in decision making, executing on product initiatives, and in managing and refining the product backlog to keep it detailed appropriately, estimated, emergent, and prioritized; Ensure full compliance, obtain appropriate sign-offs, and maintain required standards throughout the project lifecycle; Assist with scrum ceremony facilitation, improving team way of working; Support the development team during development and collaborate with business representatives and leadership to achieve solid solutions that satisfy business needs, goals, and objectives. Daily issues and bugs management is also part of our success; Assist in tracking and providing project status updates to the appropriate clients and stakeholders; Assist with QA and UAT and verify that the delivered application requirements meet customer needs based on the specifications. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree and/or relevant extensive experience in a business analyst role (technical BA would be a strong plus); Proficiency in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management-related activities; Must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to execute on deadlines in a high-pressure environment; Demonstrate the ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation; High level of written/oral communication skills; Experience in group and/or management presentations; Experience in payment processing or financial services industry is a plus; Experience of technical / systems analysis or flexibility to get access and learn working with backend data is a plus.

The salary range for this position is 4500-5500 EUR / gross. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
