THE JOB

You will support the day-to-day relationship and activities of Live Nation’s strategic marketing partnership with our top corporate brands within our team’s portfolio of management. You will focus on a key financial services partner. You will also be directly involved in maximizing the value of the client relationship and performance of client’s entertainment program with a focus on:

Client Relationship Service

Program Activation & Performance

Financial Performance, Budget Planning & Reporting

Innovation & Growth

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business, impeccable program delivery and client engagement

Ensure delivery of contractual venue sponsorship elements including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting and proactively resolve any challenges with asset delivery

Work closely with local Venue Brand Managers, creative designers, experiential colleagues, and production vendors to update and implement onsite branding for all sponsored venues, ensuring fulfillment and securing proof of proper installation for all elements. Build and maintain tracking documents to properly manage overall process from end to end

Lead development and overall project management of enhancements to client’s venue presence in key markets with support from a cross-functional team

Manage on-site activities for venues, festivals, custom events, artist experiences and hospitality programs including coordination with venue staff, festival production leads, and/or third-party activation agencies

Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses, processing payments, and developing forecasts

Manage periodic reporting to ensure delivery of key program elements

Develop and deliver program recaps in a timely manner, with analytical business results and key insights to improve and grow the business

Assist with periodic client status calls and internal meetings, including the preparation of pre-call agendas and post-call recaps

Support key client meetings throughout the year, in-person and over phone – e.g., campaign reviews, end of year recap discussions, etc., including development of presentations for meetings

Develop and grow relationships with key Live Nation teams (i.e., Digital and social media, Promotions, Content Production, etc.) to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients

Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs

Support department-wide development initiatives

Additional responsibilities as requested from Manager and/or Senior Management

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

5+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting

Proficiency with data organization and analysis

Project management and organizational skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously

Record of success building, pitching, and delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Interest in music industry preferred, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends

Work with recognizable global brands preferred

Financial services industry experience a plus

Able to travel domestically approximately 5 – 10 times per year.

New York City Pay Range*: $70,000 - $75,000
