Senior Bookkeeper
The ideal candidate will have a completed Bookkeeping Diploma/Degree in Accounting or similar, as well as 10+ years Senior Bookkeeping experience. 

Key Responsibilities include:
Supervise, review, training and administration of the finance department consisting of admin clerk and Bookkeeper Assist with finance admin Development of Admin & Finance System at the site Review all expenses claim Analyze financial information Assist in preparing monthly management accounts Assist in co-ordinating year end audit and primarily liaise with external auditors Preparation of monthly reporting income statement Review of general Ledger accounts weekly and monthly Month end journals for the company Maintain and review provision and accrual accounts Credit checks and limit reviews Payroll management for the site Ensure correct allocation of all invoices originating in accounts payable Reconcile of all items appearing on the accounts payable age analysis Ensure that a complete set of all payments approximately authorised purchase order, signed delivery note, valid tax invoice as well as other supporting documentations are signed off by the Head of Finance and kept in finance Timeous payment of all essential services via review of supplier accounts to ensure that the latest invoice has been received and paid Prepare current age analysis Outstanding Balance reports for debtors ADHOC finance and admin duties as required by management
