We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced ESPP Plan Manager to oversee and manage our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retirement plan administration and a deep understanding of ESPP operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, optimizing plan performance, and providing expert guidance to employees on their benefits. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. + Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ESPP, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the ESPP. + Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their ESPP and retirement plan benefits, including conducting informational sessions and one-on-one consultations as needed. + Monitor plan performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance employee participation and satisfaction. + Prepare and present reports on plan performance, participation rates, and other key metrics to senior management. + Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to ESPP and retirement plan management.
