We're looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our global Benefits team! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs in multiple countries, including but not limited to health and welfare programming, retirement, life insurance, and disability.

5+ years of relevant human resources experience  2+ years of experience working with benefitsProficient in use of MS OfficeProficient in EnglishBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

What will you be doing in this role?... 

Lead all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.

Stay informed with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's benefit offerings remain competitive and compliant. 

Analyze and interpret benefit-related data, such as claims, utilization, and employee feedback, to make data-driven decisions. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of current benefit programs by conducting cost benefit and benchmarking analysis and provide cost containment strategies while ensuring quality and competitiveness. 

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to demonstrate the impact of benefit programs.

Collaborate with benefit providers, insurance carriers, and other vendors to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure smooth program administration. 

Evaluate and recommend changes in benefit vendors and providers as necessary.

Hours of work

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
