Our client is searching for a Senior BEE Consultant BEE Consultants are involved in evaluating information gathered from multiple sources reconciling the information to produce a BEE report and/or a verification file for their clients
The ideal candidate is a disciplined selfmotivated and confident individual with a thorough knowledge of BBBEE Project management and adaptability is critical to successfully overcome the unique challenges faced by a Consultant Attention to detail decision making and time management forms an integral part of the Consultants role in successfully finalizing client projects
Key Performance Areas
Assessing data & verifying evidence
Proactively communicate and collaborate with clients to achieve set goals
Onsite client support during BEE verification
Documenting and analysing the required information and data to produce reports
Onsite workshops/meetings
Successful engagement with multiple clients simultaneously
Identification of risks and opportunities
Manage project processes to reach project targets and meet and supersede client expectations
Handling client complaints/queries
Network with clients to build relationships and sustain them
Calculate annual targets
Prepare and deliver business presentations
Calculate preliminary scores
Recommendation report writing and communication
Manage client BEE programmes
Ensuring client evidence files are up to date
Presentation Workshops
Communicate with Delivery team and management to deliver the best solution for the clients
Monitor market trends to develop and improve existing products and services
Weekly update of statistics and project progress
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with BEE advisory and/or BEE Verification
Must have excellent experience with BEE Codes Charters and Sector Codes
Must have good project management skills
