Financial (Strong Profitability)
• Reviews and provide feedback to work performed by associates and contingent resources
• Drives profitability supporting greater use of Accelerate principles and leverages economical resources including resources from acceleration centers
• Supports the use of improved methodologies and automated proprietary tools to improve efficiencies
• Takes responsibility for achieving utilization target in accordance with the Workload
Sales & Relationships
• Develops meaningful relationships with stakeholders by understanding their issues and opportunities and providing your point of view and the insights of PwC.
• Understands the importance of relationship mapping, and focusing on respective key contacts and their perspective on value (e.g. how they would like to communicate, expectations, etc.)
• Shares stories on client service experience and impact with the team
• Identifies business opportunities on a timely basis and keeps the sales database up to date
• Actively contributes to proposals and other business development work

Technical Skills & Specialized Knowledge

Implementing and delivering GRC technology enablement services using leading GRC/IRM platforms like Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Diligent, Workiva, OneTrust etc –
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients stakeholders (at different levels) to understand current GRC/IRM program and process maturity, provide recommendations and enhance existing GRC / IRM processes.
• Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using GRC/ IRM solutions.
• Facilitate user workshops and conduct interviews to gather and document business needs, requirements, desired workflows, opportunities and challenges.
• Develop GRC/IRM business functional and technical requirements, document functional design, process flow diagrams, user stories, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach.
• Design and architect solutions to automate client GRC/ IRM processes into GRC/ IRM solutions to meet their unique requirements.
• Design and configure modules within GRC/ IRM solutions including form layouts, workflow, reporting/ dashboards, notifications, access controls, data imports etc.
• Document integration requirements and integrate GRC/ IRM solutions with different software applications via API functions calls or out of the box integration capabilities provided by GRC/ IRM solutions
• Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Leads/conducts detailed GRC/IRM solution configuration-reviews and provides feedback in a constructive manner.
• Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

Identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient, cost-effective and sustainable solution
• Provide effort estimates based on the business requirements
• Provide user training and facilitate user acceptance testing
• Ability to debug, maintain and support GRC/ IRM solutions
• Create and optimize reports in GRC/ IRM solutions to drive business value
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance processes, standards and frameworks
• Experience with agile methodology, creating process designs, technical designs, defining user stories, working with onshore/offshore development teams, leading user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing the necessary end-user training to deliver the proposed solution.
• Data analysis/ processing and visualization skills using database, visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) or spreadsheet application
• Demonstrates experience working on low code platforms like Salesforce, Servicenow, Microsoft Power Apps and ability to create customized component on top of the existing platform features
• Demonstrate strong hands on experience in scripting languages and frameworks such as javascript, python, jquery and angular
• Demonstrate strong hands on experience with different types of databases like SQL, ORACLE and cloud technologies

Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems
Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information
Systems Security Professional (CISSP), GRC Professional (GRCP) designations are an asset.
• GRC/IRM Vendor Certifications (functional / administrative levels) (e.g. Archer,ServiceNow, OneTrust,
Workiva etc)
• Degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Engineering, MIS, Business Administration,
Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
