Account Payable Processes

\n\n\n\tProcessing vendor master data (VMD) request\n\tDPSS Reporting\n\tAnswering vendor / business partners queries\n\tFollow-up with vendor / business partners / service provider for insufficient information / clarification items\n\tManaging monthly special reports eg; Statement of Accounts (SOA), AP Aging, VMD reports\n\tAd-hoc tasks assign by supervisor / Manager to manage the capacity\n\tOthers\n\tExecute and comply all CRISP control related to own functions\n

Skills & Qualifications

\n\n\n\tDegree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent\n\tOpen to Fresh Graduates\n\tExperience with SAP is also a plus point\n\tSoftware skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\n\tGood communication skills in English both oral and written\n\tGood analytical skills\n
