Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, Profitability Analyst

In this role, you will use your analytical skills to evaluate profitability aspect of various maintenance operations carried out in the field of aerospace.

Responsibilities

Work with business teams to understand and interpret contract language Perform Contract cost Analysis.

Create and build solution to represent historical engine maintenance shop cost data against the current shop cost data and review margins with leadership.

Understanding of cost modelling requirements based on the contract terms and conditions and interpret engineering and repair level data to remodel the same.

Support and execute computation of contracts cost at various key bucket levels.

Support with data collection from various sources defined to support in next level analytics.

The analyst should help business to identify areas of cost reduction opportunities.

Analyze top cost drivers and drive standard methodologies sharing in comparison with benchmarks.

Post opportunity identification initiate reviews with the respective partners and leads within the team.

The analyst should be able to understand the Accounts payable system and should also support critical financial activities across various contracts.

Supports on various ad hoc projects and data requirements.

Generate run various report to support new opportunities.

Work with larger team to help identify process gaps and help streamline them.

Support with building digital tools for value analysis.

Obtain approvals from stakeholders on the analytic reviews conducted and process to publish data to spotfire.

Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making.

Excel at delivering the highest levels of client service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Able to be self-directed and work independently in order to meet and exceed goals.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in MS office tools is a must

Prior experience in Analytics and Advanced excel is mandatory

Knowledge of forecasting methods is an added advantage.

Ready to take new challenges.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Aerospace knowledge/ experience

SQL, Python, Spotfire development knowledge
